Applications

This Horizontal Sand Mill is broadly applied in fluid chemical field,such as Paint and Coating(both water-based and solvent-based),Printing Inks,etc,which can achieve excellent fineness within a short time through the grinding action of glass or zirconia milling beads as the grinding medium.

Compared with Sowers basket mill,which processes a batch of materials at one time,Hrizontal Sand Mill can deal with materials continuously and circulate the materials.

Among Sowers three series of horizontal sand mill, the millling effect of SKWS is in the middle because of its structure,but it is adequate to satisfy your requirements.

Features

1. cylindric chamber and conical shaft with stirring rods spreading on its surface.

2.Complete in specifications:the volume of grinding chamber varies from 5.5L to 250L,which can be custom made.

3.Single or Double mechanical seal,which is optional.

4.with jacket having cooling liquid in it.

5.grinding medium can be Glass beads or Zirconia beads,which is optional

6.the dispersing plate can be non-metallic material,stainless steel or abrasion-resistant alloys,which is optional.
