Description
Sower inline homogenizer with pumping tool has been designed to provide continuous in-line high shear mixing, emulsifying and homogenizing while eliminating the requirement for infeed and/or discharge pumps The toothed rotor/stator tooling is engineered to extremely fine radial tolerances to process the product at high differential velocities.
The high-shear emulsifying pump is designed for versatility and provides its users with the control to provide the correct amount of shear throughout the process to ensure reproducible results. Housing up to six sets of toothed rotor/stator heads, a single pass of product through the unit provides quality exceeding that typical of multiple passes within conventional mixers and colloid mills.
